Hearthstone Manchester 2310-665 Lower Ash Grate
For use on the below Hearthstone Models:
- Manchester 8360 Wood Stove
- Manchester 8361 Wood Stove
- Manchester 8362 Wood Stove
To Remove:
- Lift out upper ash grate and set aside
- With the Ashpan door open and the ashpan removed, slid the lower ash grate out, then tilt down and remove the grate
Cast iron ash grates can warp with time, this is normal. If your ash grate has warped, you should inspect you ash pan housing door gasket. If this gasket leaks air in to the ash pan housing it can cause the fire to burn hotter then designed causing the new ash grate to warp very quickly again.
