ordered tis and received it quickly and it was a perfect match for what I needed. Rocky Mountain was the only place I could find it for my older stove!

It was nice to see this part finally arrived. It is exactly what I needed and is currently being used. Unfortunately, the day I ordered the part, Rocky Mountain Stove & Fireplace indicated it was in stock. A few days later, I then got an email indicating it was not in stock, but it would be in early the next week. No problem; however, I found the need to contact them two weeks later to get an update. I had not received any additional communication. Then I was told they would contact the manufacturer to get me an ETA, and get back with me. Again, I never received any further communication. This lack of communication is not a good sign.
