Jotul F 602 V2 Wood Stove 2020 & Newer Stoves ONLY - Complete Air Chamber (Baffle)
158169 AKA Top Baffle or Secondary Air Chamber - Measures 10.5" wide X 14" long X 3" tall
This part DOES NOT include the Turbulator Weldment nor any Bolts
For use on the Jotul F 602 V2 wood stoves built after 2020
THIS ITEM IS NOT EASY TO INSTALL Please read below
Remove Side Burnplates: The Side Burnplates are held up into position by the L-shaped Bottom Burnplates, To remove the side plates, from the bottom center of your stove's firebox, pry up one of the Bottom Burnplates. Once the bottom of the Bottom Burnplate is pulled up and out a little bit the side of the Bottom Burnplate will drop down allowing the Side Burnplate to drop down and be removed.
Remove Top Casting: Remove the cookplate, Reach inside the cookplate opening to unbolt the 4 bolts holding the top casting to the side castings (see picture).
Remove Rear burnplate: Remove center bolt in the rear burnplate (see attached picture), The rear burn plate may be cemented to the rear casting on the stove so you may need to chip the cement away before pulling the rear burn plate out.
Remove the Baffle: Remove the two bolts in the rear of the baffle that hold the baffle to the rear casting. the baffle maybe cemented into the stove so you may need to chip out the cement before removing the baffle
Before Re-Assembly: clean all surfaces and apply new cement as you re-assemble the stove. Remove old Turbulator Weldment from old baffle and Install it on your new Baffle
Re-assemble stove by reversing above steps
