Jotul F3CB Wood Stove  -  Inner Bottom Casting / Ash Grate

This piece has a very difficult removal and installation process that may take several hours

Installation instruction:

1. Remove venting from the top of the stove.
2. Remove the top of the stove by removing the top set screws on the underside of the top casting of the stove, Carefully lift the top off of the stove and set aside
3. Remove the two top bolts from the top front corners of the baffle
4. Remove the two rear bolts of the baffle (these bolts are located on the back of the stove, you will have to remove the heat shield from your stove if it is equip with one)
5. Remove the baffle
6. Remove the back and side burn plates from the inside of the firebox
7. Remove the Inner Bottom Casting
8. Install the new Inner Bottom Casting
9. Re-install the back and side burn plates from the inside of the firebox.
10. Re-install the baffle and the bolts that hold it in
11. Re-install the top of your stove.
