Our newly redesigned Stowe gas stove brings you the height of direct-vent technology with a HeatWave refractory, The HeatWave refractory directs the heat of the flame to the glass and the double heat exchanger, maximizing the radiant heat from the stove. An optional remote control allows you to control the stove without having to get up from your comfy spot in the room. And as with all HearthStone gas stoves, the variable flame height adjustor lets you control the rate of heat output. Certified room heat with double heat exchange system. Increased stove efficiency; less heat lost up the chimney results in more usable heat for less money. Stove can operate without electricity; excellent source of heat during power outages
