Hearthstone Clydesdale rear brick retainer, for use on the below models only:
- Clydesdale 8490
- Clydesdale 8491
Does NOT include bricks or bolts.
If you need bolts, we can order them from Hearthstone but you can also pick them up locally at a hardware store - 1/4" x 20 x 1/2" long stainless steel hex bolt

Better that original
My retaining bracket melted and fell apart that came with my stove after years of use. This replacement is twice as thick and very beefy. Well worth the money.

HEARTHSTONE CLYDESDALE REAR BRICK RETAINER
Replacement bracket for rear soap stones. Fits perfectly. This is my second time replacing the rear bracket. The original one with stove lasted a long time. first replacement was from a local stove shop and that didn't seem to last. This one from Rocky feels much heavier/thicker than the previous ones. I suspect this will last for awhile.
