It uses ceramic briquettes so it holds the heat of the grill longer and as well as evenly distributes the flame across the cooking surface. It has beautiful blue lit knobs and two halogen lights inside the grill to bbq at night. These grills are designed with style, utility and longevity in mind. Also available in a freestanding model.
