Designed for use on the below models only
- Lopi Sturbridge Gas Stove serial # 3105-07021 to 3105-13924 ONLY.
Includes:
- B32 burner assembly (226-20037)
- Pilot bracket, 4 - #8 x 3/8 type "B" screws
- Instruction sheet.
If the appliance you are servicing has a serial # greater than 3105-13924, Please use 226-20037
Installation
1. Remove the logs, embers, and burner (see the owner's manual for details).
2. The new cast burner requires a slightly different pilot bracket (it is a slightly different height). Remove the existing pilot bracket and replace with the bracket included with this kit. Remove the four screws holding the pilot assembly to the pilot bracket and the pilot bracket to the back wall of the firebox. Discard the old pilot bracket. Install the new pilot bracket and attach the pilot assembly using the screws removed in step “a”. Pilot Bracket Slide the pilot bracket away from the pilot assembly
NOTE: if the pilot assembly connections do not have enough slack to reach the new pilot position, you may need to remove this plate and pull the connections through (remember to re-seal the joint with silicone).ac
3. Replace the burner, logs, and embers and verify burner operation
