Shipping
-We only ship inside the U.S.
-We ship on regular business days, according to the company we are shipping through.
-We
will make every effort to get your item shipped out on the same day
that we receive payment, as long as it falls on a regular business day
and we have the product in stock. Ship times for items that we don't
have in stock, will vary accordingly. Please contact us for more
specific dates after your purchase.
-For parts and other small items we ship through UPS, so we require a full address instead of a P.O. Box.
-For larger items we are partnered with a couple of Light Truckload companies.
-All orders come with a tracking number that we can give to you upon request.
-Insurance
can be purchased for any order . It does not come standard on any
product that we ship. While we do our best to package our items
securely, we are not responsible for what happens to them after they
leave the store. Please take this into consideration.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. .
When receiving an item that has been delivered freight, please inspect
your item upon delivery in presence of the delivery agent. The driver is
not required to wait for you to unpack everything for a full
inspection, but he cannot leave without your signature. If you suspect
damage, but cannot see visible evidence, make a note on the bill of lading with your signature.
If
your product has been damaged: Do not sign for the delivery, so it can
be returned back to us. A signature indicates that the item was received
in good condition, and is no longer the freight company‘s responsibility. Please
contact Rocky Mountain Stove immediately so any issue can be resolved.
At
a
terminal, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment
before leaving with the item. Once your product leaves the terminal, it
is no longer the responsibility of the freight company.
