If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
- The product must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason.
- In the event that the product is received in a condition which we
deem unacceptable, we reserve the right to deny your return.
- Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
- Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
- The original shipping, Installation and or delivery charges and the return shipping or removal charges are not refundable.
